Hardware Engineering Intern — Robotics

We’re building robots. We want someone who builds things too.

This is a cross-disciplinary internship on our robotics hardware team. You’ll be prototyping, designing, testing, and hacking across mechanical systems, electronics, and software. No two weeks look the same.

What You’ll Do

Prototype and iterate on robotic hardware — mechanisms, assemblies, and subsystems.
Contribute across disciplines: mechanical, electrical, and software.
Test, break, and improve — building things that actually work in the real world.
Collaborate directly with the hardware and software teams.

Who We’re Looking For

2–3 years into a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
A maker at heart — we want to hear about what you’ve built, broken, and rebuilt.
Hands-on experience with 3D modeling and printing, fabrication, or mechanical assembly.
Experience with Python.
Familiarity with electronics and microcontrollers such as Arduino or ESP32.
A genuine desire to learn, fail, and grow.
Bonus: experience with robotics, RC vehicles, drones, or other systems that move.
